What materials does Butterflydollcollections use in their designs?

We use a variety of high-quality materials, including silk, cotton, spandex, sequin, velvet, denim, leather, knits, also furs and more.

What is your minimum garment prices?

Prices for custom garments start at 375$ and will be increased based on detailing and time frame.

What is your processing time ?

Processing time is 3-4 weeks please book at an appropriate time I will ensure you that your design will come on time.

Rush fee charges will be added if its 1 week needed.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes your order can be cancelled and you will get a refund only before the process of your design.

What does "ready to ship mean" ?

Ready to ship pieces are pieces that have no wait time. Once your order is placed it will be shipped the next business day.

Are you taking any custom items?

YES Please check the policy page/ Consultations for customs.

can i return my item and get a rfund?

we do not allow any return items or refunds.

Can i exchange my item for another item?

we do not allow any exchanges.

I accidently ordered the wrong size how can i fix that?
